Lawn Care and Snow Removal in Jacksonville, OH

Jacksonville is another of the northern Athens County villages, tucked into the hills with streets that climb and properties that sit at an angle to everything around them. Sloped ground is the defining feature of the work here. A lawn on a grade is harder to cut safely and takes longer than the same square footage on the flat, and plenty of equipment is not suited to it at all, which is one reason some properties here go without regular service. The same slope shows up again in January. A driveway running up off the street with a few inches on it is not something most vehicles will manage, and clearing it by hand is a serious morning of work.

Hill ground is normal for us. Our whole service area sits in these hills, so we are not seeing a sloped lot in Jacksonville and deciding it is a problem, we are mowing ground like it every week of the season. The same goes for the winter work, where a graded driveway needs a bit more than a single push to actually be usable. We are a small outfit, brothers Alec and Zach Taylor, and we would rather keep a steady list of properties we know well than take on more than we can do right. Call (740) 818-9770 and we will come take a look.
